At the Light Work Institute, we manufacture aluminum castings using wooden patterns and create molds using machining center machines. The production of aluminum castings with wooden patterns involves melting aluminum and pouring it into molds made of sand or other materials, then cooling and solidifying it. In the production using machining center machines, we create drawings with 3D software, use the three-dimensional data to cut aluminum alloy plates, and create molds.
